1- Can you cut the light string to fit specific applications?
NO! End of the copper wires is welded with skilled operation. Cutting the lights will not only damage the lights, but also void the product warranty.

2- Is it safe to touch? Or to hang on curtains or trees?
Yes! Adapter output is 4.5V, which is absolutely safe to touch (Critical harmless voltage for human body is 24V); LED emits low heat and is free of fire hazards, it’s safe to hang on curtains, woods or any trees.

3- Can these lights withstand snow or direct sunshine?
Yes. The light string is waterproof (however adapter and connection aren’t) with working temperature of -4°F~140°F, so you can use it outdoors in snow, rain or direct sunshine.

4-Can I hook these lights up to a timer?
Yes. Connect the lights and adapter to the timer, the lights can turn on/off at the preset timing.
